Rights Respecting School

As you will know we have been working towards becoming a Rights Respecting School for the last two years.  This is an award given by UNICEF to schools that teach children about their rights and responsibilities based on the United Nations Convention on the rights of children throughout the world.  We were assessed for this award in July and passed!  We are the first school in Somerset to achieve this status and I would like to thank Mrs Robertson, staff, governors, parents and children for all the hard work that they have put into working towards this award.
